  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers can return the item once received, according to our return policy outlined below.

2. Return Policy

  • Return Eligibility: Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt if the products are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized items such as personalized wallpapers or custom-made neon signs are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
